Third-Party Services. WP Portal engages and incorporates the services of a number of third-party vendors (“Third-Party Vendors”) to provide additional services to the Customer in connection with website management. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of any services of Third Party Vendors is governed by the terms and conditions of such Third-Party Vendors. Customer further understands and acknowledges that if any Recurring Service with WP Portal is canceled, Customer may not be able to transfer third-party services without entering into a separate agreement with the Third-Party Vendor(s).

Intellectual Property. Unless expressly specified to contrary, the thumbnails of codes and plugins, the text, graphics and logos displayed on this Website, including the arrangement of content, and the “look and feel” of the Website (together, “Content”), is the copyright of WP Portal, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws all over the world. You may download selections of this Website or the Content made available on it explicitly for your personal, non-commercial use, without any kind of public reproduction. Ordering and Downloading. Users can order services offered by WP Portal for other users, or even order new service from the “Contact” section of the Website. WP Portal may use chunks from other programmers in order to fulfil your order. Each order service will be provided to the user on their website, or in the “my account” page which can be downloaded by the user. Custom orders or Source Files can be obtained at an additional cost. Though customisation is offered, WP Portal does not represent or warrant that all such custom orders will be fulfilled or even entertained. Taking custom orders shall be at the sole discretion of WP Portal . In case WP Portal is unable to fulfil an existing order, the entire amount paid for the order shall be refunded to the user. However, in case the user has asked for modifications or revisions and WP Portal has modified the work twice, no such refund shall be provided even if the user is not satisfied with the work.

Refund Policy.  There are no refunds offered for the services that are already provided by WP Portal. WP Portal is obliged to cancel service subscription on request for customers and thus refund the amount that is paid in advance for the upcoming period of time. Delivery Policy. Once you order a service, WP Portal team will get in touch with customers through email provided with order information. Customers are required to share their website admin and hosting login access to WP Portal. Once WP Portal acquired all the access information to the website the WP Portal team will start working on the website for optimization and management.

Order Refusal. WP Portal reserves the right to refuse your order or a transaction in certain circumstances, including but not limited to inability to process your payment, inability to fulfil the order, shipping restrictions are applicable on the item ordered, or you do not meet the “Eligibility and Payment” criteria as mentioned in these Terms. Refusal to process an order or transaction remains the sole discretion of WP Portal.

As third party sites are beyond our control, we do not accept any responsibility in connection with such third party websites which may be accessible or linked through our Website.
